No More Parades   It is my sad duty to inform you of the passing of Mrs Sonia Miller, widow of Phil (Dusty) Miller, formerly 1st Battalion The Gloucestershire Regiment.  Sonia passed away peacefully and with great dignity on Saturday 2^nd of November 2024 at Weston Super Mare Hospital after a brief illness.  Sonia was an enormous supporter of Phil in his decades of Regimental Association positions and a stalwart member of the Somerset Branch in her own right.  Sonia initiated the Somerset branch raffles and raised funds for over 10 years and her sterling work over many decades was recognised with the President's Certificate of Appreciation, the highest association award. Sonia was a dear friend to so many of us and will be greatly missed.  Her two sons Richard & David are leading the family arrangements and I will notify everyone of the funeral details when confirmed.  Rest in Peace Angel.
