The data you supply will be used by the Regimental Association for administrative purposes in order to maintain contact with you as a member within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be disclosed to any external sources without your express written consent. Both electronic and paper records will be deleted/shredded on the cessation of your membership.

Unfortunately many of our records are lacking in all but the barest outline details, for some members, we have nothing at all. In order to correct this, all members are invited to complete in as much detail as possible the online Personal Consent Form. This will give us a comprehensive history of your service record.
